What we do differently

• We will fix any issues with appliances or hardware

• We respond to calls for issues or fixes personally, and promptly

• We keep up with all yardwork and outside spaces

• You are free to decorate as you see fit, just give us heads-up, we might be able to help!

• Pet friendly, we love pets as much as we love our own. We also don’t discriminate on breeds.

• We live close by and can be there in emergencies without hesitation.

We are a small family team working together to make everything work. We live in the highlands, we play in the highlands. We want our tenants to feel just as home as we do.

Mickey Gregg is the founding father and owner of the properties. Extremely handy and capable with years of experience as a carpenter and handyman. He knows his way around any property, especially these ones. He lives in the Highlands nearby and is mostly retired. If he’s not playing with his grandkids, he’s sailing or working on his projects.

Bryn Gregg, a cartographer and scientist, is the oldest of Mickey’s kids, and current caretaker. Bryn has grown up working on and maintaining these properties and has a variety of skills to show for it. They live in the Highlands with Madeline and their small family. Bryn is very capable at repair and maintenance and will be around all of the buildings making sure things are working when they should be.

Madeline Gregg, a sex educator and small business owner, has a suite of skills managing the apartments as well as helping to fix and repair and keep them up to date. She’s savvy with social media and new trends, while also adoring the old styles that make the highlands unique. She’s gained just as many skills as her partner (Bryn) through the years as they update and keep the apartments in good condition.
